Properties and application
Steam irons: Fill the tank of the switched-off iron with one part product to three parts water. Steam iron on an unused fabric, in a well-ventilated room, until the tank is completely used up. Remove the remains of the descaler by repeating the process about three times, but only with ironing water.
Washing machines: Add 250 ml of the product in the detergent compartment. Start a wash with a short cycle programme (minimum 60°C) with no prewash, no detergent and no laundry. Stop the programme when the drum is full of water (before the first emptying) and let the programme finish. Subsequently, remove the descaler residues by repeating the process with water only.
Electric coffee machines: Fill the tank with a mixture of one part product to three parts water when the machine is switched off. Connect and allow the liquid in the tank to circulate through the entire circuit of the coffee machine. Then switch it off and let the descaler work for 10 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, start up and empty the tank completely. Remove the residues, repeating the process with clean water, up to a total of three times.
Kettles, teapots, humidifiers: Fill the tank with a mixture of one part product to three parts water when the appliance is switched off. Leave the descaler to work for 10 minutes (without switching on). Empty the liquid from inside the device. Remove the residues by repeating the process with clean water at least three times
