In the special case of Cosmetics manufacturing, we are certified in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for manufacturing and packaging, through ISO22716for the last 6 years, and also in favour of continuous improvement, we have an isolated and exclusive manufacturing facility that guarantees the highest quality of our products. TOTAL hygienic quality, we have a CLEAN ROOM ISO8, where control contamination levels, guaranteeing an optimal environment for the manufacture and packaging of our cosmetic and personal care products.
Air quality (particle flow), lighting, noise, temperature, humidity and other functional parameters are controlled to the established quality standards in order to protect the production of our workers, cosmetic products and the environment,thus complying with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
In our research and development (R&D)laboratory, analyses and manufacturing processes for new cosmetic products are constantly carried out.
All this, together with the investments made in machinery for the modernisation of the manufacturing systems, allows us to have modern and efficient technological means to adapt to the requirements of the market and the requirements of our customers.
